Job Description

You will be responsible for :

Achieve qualified outbound leads as per targets in US Staffing domain (permanent & contract)
Use methods of cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc to generate leads
Nurture qualified leads to RFP
Coordinate with BDM, pre-sales,, staffing teams before and after the meetings

You will have the skills :

Expertise in hunting for staffing leads
Expertise in cold calling to the US market and setting appointments
Ability to do scripted calls and non-scripted conversations with prospects
Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently
Ability to do 100+ reach-outs per day
