Education: Degree/MBA - Any Specialisatio n Experience: Over 5 years in Real Estate Business Development & Sales in Bangalore . Key Skills:1. Excellent Knowledge of the Property Market.2. Documented Experience in all parts of the Commercial Investment & Development Process including excellent connections in the Local Commercial Real Estate Market including Investor & Broker Community.
Responsibilities: 1. Achieve sales targets.2. Manage clients from Corporate sources (For Residential) and Non-Corporate (For Residential) clients.3. Facilitate Sales Team Meetings, Sales Analysis, generate sales report & prepare detailed MIS.4. Good selling and negotiation skills.5. Handling a Sales team & Back Office team.6. Develop and Maintain effective relations with existing, past clients and Brokers/Agents with a view to ensure the Pre-Designated sales.7. Networking with financially reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration.8. Preparing dealers for Channel Marketing through Meetings and motivate them to get business.9. Evaluating and Monitoring Dealer Sales and Marketing Activities; Implementing Effective strategies to maximize Sales.10. Assessing the Customer Feedback, Evaluating areas of improvements for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand. 11. Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.12. Supervise the operations, covering various functions such as Site visits, Customer assistance, Executing the Sales Agreements and Other documentation jobs, etc.
