b. At least 5 years of overall experience in designing and implementing Cisco Unified Contact Centre for medium and large enterprises

c. Core Cisco Contact Centre product expertise: Cisco UCCE 10.5.x and above, Cisco CVP, VXML Gateways, CUBE, SIP interoperability expertise, CUCM
